Train transfer at Chengdu East Railway Station
Hi, is 20 mins transfer time sufficient to transit trains within Chengdu East Railway Station? Do I need to exit the station? Thank you.

A 20-minute transfer at Chengdu East Railway Station can be tight—allow at least 30 minutes. The station has convenient transfer passageways; no need to exit. After alighting, follow "Convenient Transfer" signs upstairs to the waiting hall, then enter the corresponding boarding gate directly with your train ticket.
